Most notably samba 3.0.28 is now available for Irix 5.3

About 60 rebuilt and updated packages was just pushed out.

This should get rid of the problems with bogus dependencies on Irix patches and components and also solve the problems with rqs(1) corrupting the installed binaries.

There’s still some way to go before the rebuild is complete but I expect to get the rest of the packages done over the coming weeks.

For a little while now I’ve been working on a complete rebuild of tgcware for Irix 5.3.

The purpose of the rebuild is to get rid of the problems with rqs by marking all dynamic objects as non-requickstartable. To achieve this everything will be linked with the -no_rqs option.
